We partner with both Northumbria University and Leeds Beckett University, offering an elite girls’ soccer academy alongside top-tier academic opportunities.
Northumbria University is recognized as an FA Women’s High Performance Football Centre, demonstrating its commitment to developing top female players. The women’s football team competes in the BUCS Premier North division and has reached national finals in recent years.
Leeds Beckett has a highly respected women’s football program, competing at a strong level in university football. The university provides state-of-the-art sports facilities and has a partnership with Leeds United, giving players access to elite performance testing and analysis.
Pathways to the Professional Game
Our academy maintains strong links with professional and semi-professional clubs, offering opportunities for i2i student-athletes to train and, depending on ability, compete at a higher level. With access to elite coaching and high-performance environments, players have a clear pathway to progress in the women’s game, both in the UK and beyond.
Through our partnerships with Northumbria and Leeds Beckett, female student-athletes benefit from world-class coaching, outstanding university education, and direct links to elite football environments, paving the way for success on and off the pitch.
THE ULTIMATE SOCCER PROGRAMME
All courses have been specifically designed to ensure transferability worldwide and run alongside a pro-level soccer development program, which enables students to train five days a week in a professional environment.
The timetabling of lectures and soccer development is meticulously planned to optimise the contact time in the classroom and on the field.
Our experienced coaches, who have played for and coached at English Premier League clubs, work closely with each individual player with a view to helping them pursue a range of careers, both inside and outside the sports industry.
The i2i International Soccer Academy is the ultimate program for any young soccer player who dreams of studying abroad whilst exploring the exciting opportunities within the wonderful world of soccer.

This includes:
Academics
- Our three-year degree courses are delivered by the prestigious Northumbria University or Leeds Beckett University – where students can study for a range of different internationally recognised degrees.
- Specifically timetabled academic programme delivered in the morning to avoid any clash with soccer.
- Academic support provided via mentors and regular 1-to-1 meetings with professors.
- Access to all the University’s state-of-the-art facilities including libraries, laboratories, swimming pool, sports facilities, gyms and the Students Union.

Soccer
- Up to 15 hours a week coaching with UEFA A Licensed Coaches, former professional academy coaches and professional players
