i2i Sports Limited: Terms and Conditions

By participating in our College ID Clinics (“ID Clinic”), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as the expectations outlined in the College ID Clinic joining instructions, health and safety information, and any other guidance provided to you before or during the event.

1. Payment of Fees and Cancellation Policy

1.1 Payment
All ID Clinic fees must be paid in advance. The fees include registration and coaching. Full payment must be received no later than three (3) hours before the start of the ID Clinic.

1.2 Cancellations
You may cancel your registration for a full refund if we are notified in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the ID Clinic. For cancellations made within seven (7) days of the clinic, a 50% refund will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the clinic start time. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your payment as credit to another ID Clinic of your choice. All cancellation requests should be sent to info@i2isocceracademy.com or Head of Recruitment Corey Roper at corey.roper@i2isports.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your request.

1.3 If you wish to cancel or withdraw after the clinic has started, no refunds will be provided, and you will still be responsible for any outstanding fees.

1.4 Transfer of Booking
You may transfer your booking to another ID Clinic of equal value up to three (3) hours before the clinic starts, without incurring an administrative fee. Any differences in fees will either be charged or refunded, as appropriate. Transfers to a clinic with a higher fee, either due to a different clinic or an increase in future fees, will require payment of the difference.

2. Other Expenses

2.1 Attendees are responsible for all personal and travel expenses. No financial assistance will be provided.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 All course materials, including those provided during the ID Clinic, are the exclusive property of i2i Sports Limited. By attending the clinic, you agree not to copy, share, sell, or distribute any materials without prior written consent from i2i Sports Limited.

4. Data Protection

4.1 All personal information collected by i2i Sports Limited will be used to process your booking. This information will also be used for registration and to provide the necessary services and facilities.

4.2 Please ensure that your personal information is up to date and inform us of any changes.

4.3 Your data may also be used for research or service improvement purposes. If you prefer not to receive such information, please contact us at info@i2isocceracademy.com.

5. Coaching and Clinic Changes

5.1 We cannot guarantee that specific coaches will be available during the ID Clinic.

5.2 The clinic is subject to ongoing development, and unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes or cancellations. In such cases, we will take all reasonable steps to minimize disruption, but we do not accept liability for any changes made.

5.3 All coaching will be delivered in English unless otherwise specified.

6. Injury Liability and First Aid

6.1 Injury Responsibility
i2i Sports Limited is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the ID Clinic. By attending the clinic, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities involved in soccer.

6.2 First Aid
i2i Sports Limited is not responsible for providing first aid or medical assistance during the ID Clinic. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to any necessary medical support or first aid.

6.3 You are responsible for your own insurance coverage for physical injuries and travel, including medical costs that may arise from participation in the clinic.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 i2i Sports Limited will not be held responsible for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government orders, natural disasters, strikes, or other disruptions.

7.2 If such circumstances persist for more than 60 days, either party may terminate this agreement in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 i2i Sports Limited’s liability is limited to direct losses or damages caused by our negligence, wilful misconduct, or failure to fulfill our obligations. This liability will not exceed £10,000 in total, except in cases involving death or personal injury.

8.2 We do not accept liability for the loss or damage of personal property, and attendees are responsible for their own insurance, including coverage for injuries and travel.

9. Governing Law

9.1 By accepting a place at the ID Clinic, you agree that this contract will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
